If I Just Have Enough Faith…

For years, I believed that if I just had enough faith, God would fix everything.

So I waited.

I prayed.

I held on.

I bit my tongue when I wanted to speak up. I tried harder to be patient, forgiving, and loving. I told myself I was overreacting. I clung to tiny moments of kindness like they were signs of change. I ignored the anxiety in my chest and the pit in my stomach. I second-guessed myself and believed I was the problem. I believed that faith meant enduring—and that endurance would eventually be rewarded.

Because that’s what I’d been taught. That love always protects. That faith waits. That God would make all things new.

But While I Was Waiting for a Miracle… I Was Losing Myself

No one ever told me that sometimes the miracle isn’t in the relationship—it’s in the clarity that sets us free.

And one day, I heard it.

A whisper deep in my spirit:

“You don’t have to stay stuck in suffering to prove your faith.”

What I Wish Every Christian Woman in a Toxic Marriage Knew

We’ve been told that trusting God means staying.

That leaving is giving up.

That boundaries are selfish.

That if we just pray more, love more, submit more—God will do the rest.

But here’s what God wants you to know:

✔️ Faith isn’t just about waiting—it’s about moving when God says move.

✔️ Surrender doesn’t mean staying silent—it means listening when God nudges us toward peace.

✔️ Trusting God doesn’t mean ignoring reality—it means believing He’ll walk with us through whatever comes next.

Faith Was Never Meant to Keep You Stuck—It Was Meant to Set You Free

We can still love God and say no to harm.

We can pray and set boundaries.

We can trust and take bold, brave action.

Because radical acceptance doesn’t mean giving up—it means seeing clearly and choosing from truth, not fear or wishful thinking.
