Do You Find Yourself Struggling to Make Decisions?

If you do, know that you are not alone. It’s one of the number one things I coach on with my clients.


Indecisiveness comes from three things:


  • We’ve learned to ignore our own needs, limits, and intuitions. It’s difficult to tune into our own sense of divine knowing. We are outer focused not inner focused.

  • We fear making a mistake and upsetting other people, disappointing them, or not doing what’s best for them. At heart we are caring people.

  • Self-criticism and self-judgment. If we make the so called wrong decision, there is a lot of self-criticism and self-judgment once the decision is finally made. That’s part of the reason we don’t make the decision in the first place. Intuitively we know we are going to be hard on ourselves later.


BUT what if there was another way? 


What if you could agree with yourself from the very beginning that there are no wrong decision?


What if you could agree with yourself that you are the type of person that always has your loved ones bests interests at heart? (This one is easy because I KNOW it’s true for you.)

What if you could agree that NO MATTER what decision you made you would stand by that decision and not beat yourself up afterwards?
